The Arcane Heart is out now on audible! Hear Prince Lonn and the irreverent Llias of Fryst brought to life by the talented Matt Haynes.
Wow, the Rebel Prince cover makes me want to read the book right now! Sadly, I have to finish writing it first….back to work!
Friends, I am (as always) beyond excited to be working with the wonderful and talented Matt Haynes on the audio version of The Arcane Heart. Matt narrated the first two books, and to be honest his voices for the characters have becomes the voices in my head when I am reading and writing.
I will have free codes when the book is released, if you’re going to want one please sign up on my mailing list to be first in line!
If you’re interested in getting into the audiobooks and new to audible, I get a bonus if you sign up from one of the links below. 🙂

The raven that had visited them twice before landed on the balcony with a loud caw. They all stared as the bird spread its wings and cocked its head at them, a pine needle in its beak. Its black eyes gleamed with something more than animal intelligence.
I decided to start sharing my survey results – if you didn’t already realize this about me I am a huge nerd and I love a good spreadsheet. And why should I suffer alone? You can all join me!
In May I asked my newsletter subscribers, “What do you enjoy most about my emails, and what would you like more of?”
The results were surprising to me – over half my subscribers wanted more original content like “The Outcast God“. I honestly thought more people enjoyed the book out-takes and bonus scenes like “The Christmas Key“. But of course I will try to give you what you want and create more original shorts for you all!
Whoever voted “Something Else” but didn’t tell me what it was – thanks for leaving me in suspense! If you were one of those people, please comment on this post and let me know what else you want!

Thorne had ripped the shirt off Tarrin’s back twice now. If he kept it up Tarrin would have no clothing left at all – it was better that Tarrin took it off himself.
Prince Lonn swore he’d never buy a slave. That was before he met Llias.
The Arcane Heart is about a week out from publishing – I literally cannot wait to share it with you, so chapter one is under the cut. Enjoy!Continue reading “The Arcane Heart – Chapter 1”

“Tarrin,” the man gasped, pressing his back to the stone as though he could escape, his fingernails scraping the smooth surface of the altar. “My name is Tarrin.” He took deep breaths, his chest heaving, a sheen of sweat over his body. “If you’re going to do what I assume you’re going to do, you could at least call me by my name.”
“Oh shit,” David said with an eager thrill of excitement, “I am really regretting the past two weeks. Vell, baby, dearest, my beloved prince, please be gentle with me.”
My latest newsletter asked which pairing people wanted to see more of; Vell & The Ranger, Vell & Lord Hreidmar, or Vell & David. Vell and David were the clear winners (double the amount of the next most popular) so I wrote a follow up to The Christmas Key for you all to enjoy. Hope you like it!
