To celebrate the launch of The Arcane Heart on audio (US, UK, FR, DE), I asked my newsletter subscribers, “Where do you listen to audiobooks?”
I think there are some people out there who love to tease me because I always include a “something else” option and I would love people to write me and tell me the details, but they never do! So, if you listen to audiobooks “somewhere else” why not comment on this post and tell me where? I want to know!

There was a pretty even split of everyone’s favorites, with “Overall Story Arc” only just edging out “Angst”, and “Sex Scenes” coming a surprising last place! Thanks for sharing your likes with me!

Friends, I am (as always) beyond excited to be working with the wonderful and talented Matt Haynes on the audio version of The Arcane Heart. Matt narrated the first two books, and to be honest his voices for the characters have becomes the voices in my head when I am reading and writing.

I decided to start sharing my survey results – if you didn’t already realize this about me I am a huge nerd and I love a good spreadsheet. And why should I suffer alone? You can all join me!
In May I asked my newsletter subscribers, “What do you enjoy most about my emails, and what would you like more of?”
The results were surprising to me – over half my subscribers wanted more original content like “The Outcast God“. I honestly thought more people enjoyed the book out-takes and bonus scenes like “The Christmas Key“. But of course I will try to give you what you want and create more original shorts for you all!
